Nearby Airports
There are 3 main airports serving the San Francisco Bay Area
  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO) 35-45 minutes from Google
  • Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) 15-30 minutes from Google
  • Oakland International Airport (OAK) 45 minutes - over 1 hour from Google
There are no free shuttle services between the airports and Google, or the suggested hotels. If you need transportation between the airport and Google/hotels, we suggest one of the taxi or shuttle services listed below. You can connect to the CalTrain - our commuter rail line - from the SFO & SJC airports, which will take you to Mountain View, but please budget a lot of time for multiple connections and you'll need to find transportation between the Mountain View CalTrain station and the hotels and/or Google. Please see the Public Transportation section for more resources on how to navigate the public transportation system.

With Public Transportation

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
BART is a rapid transit system serving the San Francisco Bay Area. The heavy-rail public transit and subway system connects San Francisco with the San Francisco airport (SFO), cities in the East Bay and suburbs in northern San Mateo County, however it does not run to Mountain View. In order to travel to Mountain View via public transportation, you'll need to take CalTrain.

CalTrain
CalTrain is a commuter rail line on the San Francisco Peninsula and Silicon Valley. It's possible to take CalTrain between Mountain View and San Francisco, SFO & SJC airports, but you should budget a lot of time.

Note: Unfortunately, space is very limited, so we cannot accept any walk-in, drop-in, or unconfirmed participants.
